All embroidery, DTG, and DTF orders are made to order. Our standard production and processing time is up to 2 weeks before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details, delivery address, and selected carrier option. We aim to offer fair and transparent rates so you can choose what works best for you.

Standard shipping is typically sent via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after production.

Local Pickup – San Jose, CA

If you are located in or near San Jose, CA, you may choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions and available time windows.

Expedited Shipping (UPS & FedEx)

Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options via UPS or FedEx are available at checkout. The cost for these faster services will be automatically calculated and added to your order total based on your shipping address and selected speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door (or pickup).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your items, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sundaysincali.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We review each case individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
